Cliff Gamble - President and Chief Executive Officer
Cliff Gamble, President and Chief Executive Officer and board member, has been in the financial services industry for over twenty five years. He has held senior executive marketing positions and served as president and CEO for both public and privately held life insurance companies. Mr. Gamble was founder and CEO for one of the industry's most successful life insurance company start-ups which generated over $300 million of annual sales within four years.
In his various capacities, Mr Gamble has been responsible for building large scale financial services sales organizations consisting of insurance agent networks, wholesale marketing companies and securities broker /dealer groups. He has marketed financial products sold through the retail vendor level through banks, credit unions and mortgage companies. He was one of the early pioneers of consumer-oriented life insurance being among the first executives to develop and successfully introduce "universal life insurance" to the insurance agent market.
Mr. Gamble is a graduate of the University Of Santa Clara (Business Administration) and the Santa Clara School of Law (Juris Doctor). He is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program (Sep 87') and is a Chartered Life Underwriter. He is a registered Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers and a member of the National Association of Financial and Estate Planning (NAFEP). Mr. Gamble holds memberships in the California State Bar Association, Financial Planning Association and is active in the World's President Organization.

Jeff Guidi - Principal, AGA Financial
Mr. Guidi formed AGA Financial with his two partners in 1994 to provide quality education on personal financial planning, while also developing a network of instructors and planners
to provide this program throughout the greater Bay Area. Mr. Guidi teaches a four-week course in financial education at major corporations and local colleges. The key to this course
is a personal financial analysis provided one-on-one to each student after completion of the class work.
Prior to forming AGA, Mr. Guidi was Manager of Mortgage Banking with First Nationwide Bank. He has also been actively involved in several local business opportunities in the Napa/Sonoma
region providing a range of services for the community. Mr. Guidi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley, as well as his Series 7, 63
and 65 securities licenses

Leland Prussia - Chairman of the Board, Bank of America Corporation, Retired
In April 1981, Leland Prussia assumed the offices of Chairman of the Board of BankAmerica Corporation and Bank of America NT&SA. Mr. Prussia joined Bank of America as a Research
Economist in 1956 after receiving Bachelor's & Master's Degrees in Economics from Stanford University. From this position, he rose through the ranks and, in 1971, became Senior Vice
President in charge of the Bank Investment Securities Division. By 1974, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Cashier (Chief Financial Officer) and was named to the bank's
Managing Committee two years later. In 1979, Mr. Prussia was named Executive Officer of the bank's World Bank Division and retained that position until becoming Chairman.
Since his retirement from Bank of America in 1987, Mr. Prussia has been primarily involved in economic and financial consulting and advisory work. He is currently a member of the Board
of Directors of Crowley Maritime Corporation headquartered in Oakland, CA.
In addition to his duties with Bank of America, Mr. Prussia has also been a former California Region Chairman of the Securities Industry Association and past president of the Bank
Capital Markets Association. He has served on the California State Senate Commission on Corporate Governance, Shareholders Rights and Securities Transactions and has been a director
of the California Economic Development Corporation. Mr. Prussia is a former member of the Board of Trustees of the University of San Francisco, the University of San Diego, and a
former member of the Advisory Council of the School of Business at San Francisco State University. In addition, he was the first chairman of the Committee for a Responsible Federal
Budget of Washington, D.C. and a trustee of the Neighborhood Housing Services of America Foundation.

Joseph Vassallo - Vice President, Oracle Corporation, Retired
Mr. Vassallo retired in 1997 as Vice President of the Sun and Java Product Divisions at Oracle Corporation, the world's second largest software company, after serving in key management
roles in the areas of development, marketing and customer service for nearly 11 years. During his tenure at Oracle, the company grew from $50 million to $5 billion in annual revenues,
and in his most recent assignment Mr. Vassallo grew the Sun and Java business unit from the 5th largest product line division in 1993 to the single largest product line in 1997,
producing nearly a billion dollars in product and related service revenue.
He developed the alliance between Oracle and Sun, regarded as one of the most successful and influential technology and business partnerships in the high-tech industry. Through his
leadership of several joint Oracle and Sun engineering and marketing projects, the resulting integrated solution became recognized as the highest performance enterprise computing
platform, and the defacto standard for the world's largest internet e-commerce sites. Further, he pushed for Oracle's early adoption of Sun's Java language, and drove much of the
integration of Oracle's core products with Java helping to set the basis for the companies' leading partnership in network computing.
Since his retirement from Oracle, Mr. Vassallo has been an active advisor to several technology start-ups. He is very active in the community and serves on several community boards.
In 1998, he founded Responsible Technology, a community-oriented organization that helps build effective links between high-tech companies, schools, and community-based organizations.
He is Chairman of the Board of San Francisco's School-to-Career Information Technology Pathway, and Board Member of Business for Social Responsibility's Community Economic Development
Business Advisory Committee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Leadership High School, a nationally recognized charter high school, and is a Member of the Board of Directors
for the AIDS Community Research Consortium, California's largest community-based AIDS research organization.
