feeEngine is a web-based product that can be used to administer fee-based accounts for asset based pricing and automatic account debit. It is the billing engine
for all of NFS’ fee-based solutions. It automatically calculates and debits the accounts and can be used for both managed accounts and for fee-in-lieu of
commission accounts.
With feeEngine, users can do all the following and much more:

Set varying charges by asset class, and exclude asset classes.

Bundle accounts for breakpoint pricing.

Charge fees to related accounts.

Exclude positions from the fee calculation at varying account levels.

Performance Reporting
NFS makes Performance Reporting available through a third party vendor, First Rate Investment Services, Inc. Reporting may include asset allocation,
portfolio performance, comparison versus benchmarks, transaction details, etc. NFS also makes available a web-based front end Performance Reporting
Product for Correspondents to view and input certain information on a firm and an account level basis, which may include market commentary, disclosures,
benchmarks, and exclusion of assets reporting.
Contact Manager
Contact Manager provides investment professionals with a browser-based link to contact and portfolio information with automated posting of customer data from
Fidelity’s FBSI system on a nightly basis.
