SPONSOR PARTICIPATION LEVELS

Sponsors participating in ePLANNING Securities Seventh Annual National Sales Conference have the option of participating at one of three levels (details on each level are below):   

• Platinum sponsorship at $10,000
• Gold sponsorship at $7,500
• Silver sponsorship at $5,000

Please note:

• Sponsorship spaces are limited.
• Sponsorship slots are available on a first come, first serve basis.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of participating sponsors in each category.
• Priority is given to those sponsors that have attended an ePLANNING Securities National Sales Conference in previous years.

PLATINUM SPONSORS ($10,000) are entitled to the following:

• A 25 minute presentation to the General Assembly either Thursday or Friday.
• A six-foot booth in the Exhibit Hall which is contiguous to the General Assembly meeting room. Please note that we have scheduled 7 hours of booth time over Thursday and Friday, giving you ample time to meet one-on-one with our representatives.  The Exhibit Hall also has tables available for you to conduct informal breakout/roundtables with our representatives.
• Designated sponsor for one of the following meals--breakfast or lunch on either Thursday or Friday, this includes Platinum sponsor signage at that meal.
• Introduction to the General Assembly as a Platinum Sponsor
• Participation in the Thursday night Reception & Dinner hosted by ePLANNING Securities for all representatives and sponsors, including:
  • Platinum sponsor signage at the Thursday night Reception & Dinner.
  • Introduction Thursday night as a Platinum Sponsor
• Inclusion of your company information and marketing material (limited to 2-3 pages) in the Attendee Conference Binder and your company will be listed as a Platinum sponsor.
• The option to advance promote your participation to all ePLANNING Securities representatives in our Pre-Conference announcements. 
• Receipt of attendee list as well as contact information for all ePLANNING Securities registered representatives.
• Meals Thursday and Friday which includes buffet breakfast Thursday and Friday morning in the Exhibit Hall, and buffet lunch Thursday and Friday.
• Two sponsor attendees (due to space constraints, please note that we cannot accommodate more than 2 attendees per sponsor).

GOLD SPONSORS ($7,500) are entitled to the following:

• Participation on a Panel in front of the General Assembly either Thursday or Friday.  Each sponsor will have 5 minutes to introduce themselves, their company’s model and how their company differentiates itself.  After the sponsor introductions, there will follow an approximately 20 minute panel discussion led by a moderator.  The focus of this section will be to educate the representatives on the industry and current industry trends.
• A six-foot booth in the Exhibit Hall which is contiguous to the General Assembly meeting room. Please note that we have scheduled 7 hours of booth time over Thursday and Friday, giving you ample time to meet one-on-one with our representatives.  The Exhibit Hall also has tables available for you to conduct informal breakout/roundtables with our representatives.
• Participation in the Thursday night Reception & Dinner hosted by ePLANNING Securities for all representatives and sponsors.
• Inclusion of your company information and marketing material (limited to 2-3 pages) in the Attendee Conference Binder and your company will be listed as a Gold sponsor.
• The option to advance promote your participation to all ePLANNING Securities representatives in our Pre-Conference announcements.    
• Receipt of attendee list as well as contact information for all ePLANNING Securities registered representatives.

SILVER SPONSORS ($5,000) are entitled to the following:

HOTEL INFORMATION

• ePLANNING Securities has secured a discounted block of guest rooms at Harvey’s.  In order to participate in our room block and discount, all hotel reservations must be made through ePLANNING Securities.  Hotel Reservations can be made during your online Registration.
• Guest Room costs:
• Wednesday and Thursday nights $89
• Friday and Saturday nights $179. 
• Deadline for hotel reservations is April 30, 2008.
