Training
A big part of ePLANNING’s success comes from our on-going support of our representatives’ sales efforts. To be successful in a highly competitive
market representatives have to continually educate themselves and be able to differentiate from their competition. Therefore, we have made special
effort to provide highly effective sales, marketing, and training opportunities for our representatives. Currently we conduct three different
events that you can participate in but more are in development.
National Sales Conference
The National Sales Conference is our biggest event and it is typically held over several days in October in Sacramento, CA. It provides
representatives with excellent exposure to new sales, marketing and educational forums, panel discussion, and break-out sessions. Although
attendance of the convention has never been mandatory for our representatives, few chose to miss it. Every year, our event receives rave reviews
because our representatives get what they really want - to learn about new sales and marketing opportunities that will help them grow their
businesses. This year's guest speaker is Dr. Kerry Johnson, a well known industry expert in developing sales techniques. Also scheduled
are presentations on 1031 Exchanges (TICs), REITs, Energy, Leasing, Asset Management, Insurance, and Fixed Income. We have had as many as 40
companies sponsor this annual event.

Regional Sales Meetings
Our Regional Sales Meetings are one-day events usually held in centrally located cities. They are typically held three or more times a year and
have powerful, fast paced presentations from as many as ten product or service sponsors. Topics usually include 1031 Exchange/TIC programs, 721
Exchanges (UPREITS), REITs, RELPs, natural gas drilling, leasing, note programs, and insurance.
ePLANNING's Property Exchange Program (ePEP)
The Property Exchange Program is a one-day meeting held several times a year. It focuses on an area that many broker/dealers have largely ignored,
sales of 1031 Exchange/TIC programs. Each PEP attendee receives a training handbook. The meeting will focuses on the role of the Qualified
Intermediary, the due diligence and approval process, and how to effectively incorporate 1031s into your business.
Insurance Institute
This is a program that will be officially rolled out in 2007. It will focus on how to best take advantage of the ePLANNING Insurance
Network (ePIN).
